Stretch, Strengthen & Balance with Diane Moore is a stretch and exercise class for seniors.

Classes consist of stretching, strengthening, and aligning the body as well as incorporating breath awareness, relaxation, and mindfulness. Stretch, Strengthen & Balance will help seniors age gracefully, remain as painfree as possible, live independently, and continue with the daily activities that contribute to the enjoyment of life.
